As the main supplier for building automation, we have carried out renovations, retrofits, new installations, and adjustments for this customer over many years. At the beginning, I supported the project manager for the HVAC responsibilities in this regard, and later took over individual projects and ultimately the overall responsibility for this customer. Complex systems, existing infrastructure, high demands on availability, and short maintenance and conversion times were some of the challenges we faced. An important task entrusted to me was to increase the quality standards for existing systems, and here too we were able to satisfy the customer.
